1. Eligibility for Refunds

 Refunds are applicable only for:

       Damaged, expired, or incorrect items.

       Clay products that arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong product.

       Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

       Proof is required: please share a photo or a short unboxing video showing the issue via WhatsApp.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Process

          Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

           Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

4. Cancellations

           Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.

           Cancellations are not accepted after dispatch.
