3. Shipping Charges

• Free delivery may be offered for minimum order amounts or special promotions.

4. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 5 PM are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery team will contact you before delivery.
• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt one more delivery. After two failed attempts, the order will be canceled without refund for perishable items.
